1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 3qqee platform ("Platform") and its users ("User"). By continuing to use the Platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to the 3qqee website, mobile version and all related services. Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned via a valid withdrawal method, however bonus balances will be cancelled. In the event of a terms violation, 3qqee reserves the right to close the account without notice.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

Payment methods currently accepted at 3qqee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable to all payment methods).
The owner of the deposit account and the 3qqee account must be the same person.
Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and the relevant funds will be returned.
The deposit amount will be added directly to the gaming balance on the platform.
If there is any issue with deposit processing, the support team must be informed immediately.

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
3qqee reserves the right to hold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

3qqee offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the minimum deposit requirement must be met and a 25x wagering requirement must be completed.

General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering requirements, which are stated in the offer description.
A bonus applies to one account only — this includes family members or individuals sharing the same device.
Withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made directly before the bonus wagering requirements are met.
If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

VIP Program

Cashback benefits are available across 3qqee's three-tier VIP program:

Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Users may advance to a higher tier based on consistent activity and loyalty. 3qqee's decision is final in determining cashback.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Policy

All games and betting markets are operated according to defined rules. 3qqee reserves the right to void incorrect results caused by technical errors. Any winnings obtained by exploiting software errors or anomalies will be cancelled.

Live Betting

When betting on live events, there is a possibility that a bet may be accepted after the outcome of the event has already been determined due to network delays. In such cases, 3qqee reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet.

Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market and are displayed in the game interface. 3qqee reserves the right to adjust bet limits for any user, particularly in cases of unusual betting behaviour.

Prohibited Activities

Arbitrage betting, collusion, use of bots or gaining an unfair advantage through any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance forfeited.

6Security and Fair Play Policy

The 3qqee platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps users' personal and financial information secure.
